Products

Our sourdough breads, pretzels, rolls, and more.

All of our products are vegan, dairy-free, egg-free, and most are nut-free (except when we add walnuts to certain loaves). We freshly mill spelt flour for some loaves, and we use locally sourced garden fresh herbs and vegetables when they are in season.

While we make our best effort to contain allergen ingredients, we are NOT an allergen free facility and all of our items use shared equipment.

Loaves

Jack’s Original Sourdough

This is a basic sourdough loaf made from a starter that has a satisfyingly mellow and somewhat earthy flavor. A delicious base for sandwiches, toast, or even it cut up and make croutons!

Roasted Garlic & Herb

Sourdough + roasted garlic + garden herbs = the perfect side to your Italian meal! The herb blend may contain (depending on garden availability) rosemary, oregano, basil, chives, thyme, or savory. This most popular bread also freezes well, so always have some on hand for pasta night!

Cinnamon Raisin Swirl

Our most popular sweet bread. The rave reviews mention the plump raisins paired with the sweet and cinnamon-y swirl. It makes a perfect toasty snack or a French toast breakfast champion!

Apple Cinnamon Swirl

A fall specialty: fresh apple chunks throughout the bread with a swirl of cinnamon and brown sugar. As soon as you slice it, the pieces will disappear! This is made with the starter I named Isaac Gluten: the perfect choice for a wise apple & cinnamon pairing!

Spelt

Spelt is an ancient grain with a deliciously mild & sweet flavor. This loaf is made with freshly home-milled sprout flour. Topped with sesame seeds, it goes great with any salty, savory or sweet toppings.

Salsa Fresca

This sourdough loaf recipe includes sun-ripened tomatoes, garden fresh jalapeño peppers, and cilantro. This bread is delicious by itself, or it makes a killer grilled cheese, but toast it and top with avocado or guacamole, and it is a fiesta in your mouth!
